APAI Regional Meetings inform over 200 attendees!
The APAI Regional Meetings concluded last week with over 200 state, county, city and civil engineers, public works officials, and contractors attending one of six regional meetings held across the State of Iowa. Meetings were held in Storm Lake, Council Bluffs, West Des Moines, Ottumwa, Quad Cities and Waterloo over the last two weeks of March and the first week of April. Attendees were treated to presentations on asphalt mix design for local systems, pavement rehabilitation and solutions, perpetual pavements roads and streets, using warm-mix asphalt and shingles, long-term performance of asphalt parking lots, porous roads and porous parking lots, using RAP to an agency’s advantage and much, much, more.
