Michael J. Kvach

Just prior to coming to APAI, Mike Kvach served as National Sales Manager for the Hot Mix Paver Group at Cedarapids Inc. Mike was responsible for strategic planning and implementation toward increasing paver sales in North America. A 12 year tenure at Cedarapids afforded Mike various sales and marketing positions within the paver group.

Minnie Coree
Office Manager
Minnie is a graduate of Purdue University with a B.S. in Civil Engineering. Her major while there was transportation planning, but she was more interested in the design aspects. She has worked as a secretary for 12 of the last 20 years. Other interruptions in her working life have consisted of living overseas in the Middle East and raising 3, not always lovely, children.

Larry Mattusch
Field Engineer
Larry Mattusch is a graduate of Iowa State University in the field of Civil Engineering. He began his career as the Assistant County Engineer in Scott County. After working as ACE for 7 years, he seized an opportunity to become County Engineer for Clinton County. Twenty years later when the position of Scott County Engineer opened, Larry moved back to the county where his engineering career had begun. Larry has served ICEA well by fill almost every available position at one time or another. In 1995 he received the ICEA award for “Outstanding Achievement”. Now that Larry has retired, after serving his county and state association of county engineers well, he has agreed to serve as the APAI representative to Western Iowa.

Jerry Petermeier
Field Engineer
Jerry Petermeier is a graduate of Iowa State University in the Field of Civil Engineering. Jerry has been Assistant County Engineer of Marshall Co., Lucas County Engineer, and Benton County Engineer. Jerry is active in ICEA and has been on a number of their committees over the years. He received the Outstanding County Engineering Achievement Award in 1992. He has had several of his Assistant County Engineers go on to become County Engineers. Jerry will be working with those in the eastern half of the state as a field engineer.
